Groundbreaking strategist Sam Chapman joins REGULATED to share his thoughts on the future of psilocybin in the United States, Oregon’s role as a drug reform pioneer, and more.

Sam was the campaign manager for the successful Yes on Measure 109 campaign in 2020, which allows the manufacture, delivery and administration of psilocybin in Oregon. He is now leading the Healing Advocacy Fund, a nonprofit supporting the implementation of Oregon’s psilocybin therapy program through education and advocacy.
